WARRANTY CLAIM SHIPPING FEE
To process a warranty claim, customers are required to ship their item to our facility for inspection and repair or replacement. Please note the following important shipping policy:

A flat shipping fee of $12.00 applies to every warranty claim submission.
This fee covers the cost of insured return shipping for your repaired or replaced item back to you.

Free shipping promotions and discount codes cannot be applied to warranty claim shipments. The $12.00 shipping fee is mandatory for all warranty claims, regardless of any active promotions or your order history.
We appreciate your understanding. This fee ensures your item is handled with full insurance coverage and tracked delivery throughout the warranty process.
HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team Reach out to us via email : support@shopaltari.com or our contact form with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
Step 2: Receive Claim Approval Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days and confirm eligibility under our lifetime warranty policy.
Step 3: Pay the $12.00 Shipping Fee Once approved, you will receive a payment link for the mandatory $12.00 shipping fee. Please note that free shipping offers do not apply to warranty claims.
Step 4: Ship Your Item to Us Package your item securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team. we will provide you the shipping label.
Step 5: Receive Your Repair or Replacement Once we receive and inspect your item, we will repair or replace it and ship it back to you fully insured. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
